The house is split over 4 levels. On ground floor level guests will have access to an open plan kitchen, living, dining room area, a secondary kitchenette, lounge area, the ground floor bathroom and 1 ground floor bedroom. The 1st floor is made up of 3 bedrooms, each containing 1 double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd floor of the house contains 2 bedrooms, each bedroom contains 1 double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The top floor in the house is dedicated to 1 large bedroom containing 2 double beds and an en-suite bathroom.

Your Stay
When guests let the house, either as a 5, 6 or 7 bedroom option they get the full house to themselves. There is nobody else staying in the property during your stay so you can come and go as you please at your home away from home. At the time of booking we will arrange an approx. time of arrival for check in so a member of our check in team can meet you at the property and get you settled in. We are aware that plans change so closer to arrival we will touch base with you regarding this. Although guests are alone in the house, we are available throughout your stay if you do have any questions or queries. A member of our team is always just a phone call or message away should you need anything.
When staying at The Sardinian Guesthouse we provide you with the essentials to get you started. There is Tea, Coffee & Sugar in the kitchen as well as fresh milk provided in the fridge when all guests check in. After that guests are booked on a self-catering basis when it comes to meals, however if you would like a welcome pack to include bread, butter, cold ham, cold chicken, cheese, biscuits, snacks & fruit we can provide this at the receipt price + a €10 service fee. Just ask at the time of booking and if there’s anything specific you want included in your welcome pack just let us know. In the bathrooms we provide hand soap and toilet paper but guests will need to bring their own shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. There is a TV in every bedroom as well as one in the lounge area on the ground floor and there is also free high speed unlimited WiFi in the house so you can connect all your devices on the go.
